Founded in 2015 by Mr. Sagar Tembugade , the company is built on over a decade of his hands on experience in tool design across leading organizations, followed by several years of successful freelancing in the same domain. During his career, he has executed assignments for major OEMs such as Tata Motors, Mahindra, and Jaguar Land Rover (JLR), among others. 

From its early days, ATS focused on sheet metal press tool design, gradually expanding its capabilities into progressive dies, transfer dies, fixture design, and end to end tool development. The company built its reputation by consistently delivering accurate, efficient, and cost effective engineering solutions.

Over time, ATS has strengthened its expertise by adopting advanced CAD and CAE technologies, enabling the team to manage complex tooling projects for global OEMs and Tier 1 clients. In addition to metal tooling, the company has also expanded into plastic tool design, broadening its service portfolio. 

With a strong foundation in engineering excellence, ATS has built a balanced team comprising experienced design leaders, skilled engineers, and emerging talent. The company also extends its support to BIW (Body in White) engineering, fixture and jig design & development, and manufacturing support services.
